Aegir has a 30-day return policy. This means you must return the item(s) to the shop within 30 days from the date of purchase for store credit. Unless there is a clear manufacturer defect, return shipping costs are paid by the customer.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging (if applicable). You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you need to first contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org or swing by the shop. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Please check your order upon delivery and contact us within 24 hours to report any damaged items or issues with your purchase so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
The following items cannot be refunded or returned, unless there is a clear manufacturer defect:
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
To cancel or reschedule a skate lesson, you must email us at least 12 hours in advance of the class start time. Please email email@example.com
If you do not provide us with 12 hours written notice then we cannot issue a refund or future credit.
There are no exceptions to the 12 hour cancellation policy. This protects our instructors from students not turning up and most importantly, gives students on the wait list a chance to skate. If you purchase a skate lesson on the day of the lesson, this means you are unable to reschedule or cancel.
In the event that a skate lesson needs to be cancelled by Aegir due to rain or snow (it's not safe to skate when it's wet), we will issue a credit of equal value for a future lesson. Reach out to us to reschedule.
